Got to be one of the Worst for customer service are order was wrong I called back and ask to speak to the manager I explain to... her what we order we didn?t receive usually we don?t complain we just go with it but my girlfriend ordered a Philly cheesesteakit look like a two year old made it then when they handed us the bag through the drive-through it all fell apart and all thefood went on the floor not a big deal we just dealt with it then I ordered a classic number two instead they gave me a beef andcheddar again not a big deal we figured we would just eat it and be done with it I was calling the manager to explain to herwhat happened definitely was not looking for a refund The manager on the phone you could hear it in her voice she didn?t evencare at all when I asked her do you even care she told me that I was so rude and she was not gonna deal with me and she hung upon me I guess this is what paying customers get Read more
The new restaurant on Statesville blvd , which just recently opened, has the rudest staff and the worst food in the Arby's... chain. Two cars in the drive thru, and hardly no one inside the restaurant, my order looked like it was prepared the day beforewith the fries being soggy and cold. Fast food restaurants are a reflection of their owners, if it seems overwhelming to operatethe maby it needs new management. Read more

I went through arby?s drive thru and ordered 3 shakes the girl didn?t give me a receipt and when I pulled to the window, they... said my payment didn?t go through. So they charged my account again. I said they better not have charged me twice and managersaid they didn?t. And still didn?t give me a second receipt.
