Okay, I hate giving bad reviews especially a place that I used to go a lot. So the past eight times I've been to this Bojangles... five of them have been disasters. Including the last four two of which I had to be issued refunds. Always the same problemwaiting on chicken or cooking chicken. I understand this is a chicken place and cooking chicken is what they do but fiveproblems four of them in a row all of which had to do with my food not being ready when it should have been. And I'm not talking5 or 10 minutes I'm not that type of person. We're talking food that was ordered an hour ago and should have been ready at leastwithin approximation of when they said it would be ready. I love Bojangles and used to go here at least once a week. All of theother Bojangles are a little too far away so unless I'm in the area of another Bojangles it looks like it's going to be a longtime before I'm able to get their chicken again. I've given this place plenty of time to redeem themselves and every time theyput another nail in the coffin. In my opinion you should just shut this place down if it's the best you're able to do with thislocation just shut it down. Read more

The manager here is so sweet! She gave us a big greeting when we walked up to order and she was very helpful in redeeming my... reward on my app and in purchasing gift cards for a Birthday gift. The sweet potato pies are great, the chicken is always greathere and we love the bo rounds, seasoned fries and dirty rice! Read more

I absolutely will avoid this location like the plague. I placed my order in drive-through, once I pulled forward I was trapped... in line by a concrete curb and could not exit the line after having to wait in my vehicle for almost 45 minutes. Once I reachedthe drive-through window I looked in the bag to confirm my order was correct and it wasn't. Then when I showed the the woman atthe window my order was incorrect she rolled her eyes at me and displayed an attitude. So not only was I trapped in line, I wasalso late getting to an appointment. I will not use this location again and I advise others to use another location as well. Read more

They didn't have the right chicken pieces to correctly fill the order, they were extremely slow in getting my order out, the... chicken tasted as if they frying oil hasn't been changed like it should, and several pieces of the chicken were not cutcorrectly. This particular location is closest to my house, so I've eaten there many times, but it has gone down hill over thelast few years and my visits are getting farther and farther apart. I want to give them a chance because when it's done right, Ilove Bojangles! But each time they disappoint, I start making more trips to KFC. Read more

They need to get the speaker at the drive-thru fixed. You have to about scream at it to communicate. They left three small... orders of dirty rice out of my bag. - The last few months they have had chicken when you ordered. Went through a spell of nothaving chicken, yep at the chicken place. The food that I got was ok. The green beans were fine, the mac and cheese was ok...looked like it might have been sitting for... awhile. I think fresh, it would be very tasty. The chicken was good. Could have had a bit more seasoning...that would have madeit excellent. My main problem was I paid for a three piece dinner...only got two prices. They only took cash so there was noway to rectify it unless I drove back 20 min. When I called to see if there was anything we could do other than me drive backand to encourage them to check their orders...the young lady I was speaking to hung up on me. No apology...nothing.... Now I getthat staff are hard to find and its basically kids serving...but I am certain her mama taught her better than that....if notwhomever is the manager needs to do a bit of customer service work with the staff.
