Worst bojangles around. I have avoided this location for a year or so and decided to give them a shot. I ordered a combo with Bo... rounds and I was told it would take 5 min so I paid and waited. After 15 min I went inside and asked where my food was and theyforgot to drop the bo rounds. The manager apologized and gave me my money back which I took in a while enraged walked out andrealized down the road they gave me $3 but my combo was 9! The secret to a great fast food place is consistency and the onlything consistent about this location is how inconsistent their service and food is. Always ask for CAJUN fries. ALWAYS get regular plain fries. So annoying. It?s like they do it on purpose when you ask for CAJUN.
Ask for 2 chicken legs and fries and they kept trying to sell me a combo. Finally got my order was disappointed with the... chicken. The fries were good, or maybe it was the seasoning. Read more
I don't know about this location.... I got weird vibes from the staff. They didn't look clean. The kid at the drive thru window... had dirty fingernails like his part time is at an auto mechanic shop and soap is an enigma. He seemed to fit right in witheveryone that I saw though. A rough bunch to say the least. They would seem to fit in better at an Autozone.... or Pull-a-Parts.The food seemed fine but I could not finish nor enjoy the meal due to the impression left on me from the staff. No waymanagement was present... or???? may (s)he was and they see nothing wrong!!?? I may not return. If I do... I will not use thedrive thru to make sure that that shift is a cleaner team. Read more
I went to this Bojangles 3 days in a row this week for breakfast. From one morning to the next, they increased their prices by... over $2. The girl at the window said they increased prices (from yesterday!) but the prices are not reflected on the menu. Iwent to the Bojangles in China Grove and the prices are the same as usual and match the amount on the menu. The only reason Igave 2 stars is because their biscuits have been good. Read more
