This location is always out of things. Tonight they were out of coke, diet coke and 2 other beverages as well as forks and corn... salsa. Last time they had no steak and no chips. Will not waste my time and money at this location again, management needs toget it together. Read more

9:00 PM My burrito wasn't a burrito which was not okay for me. They didn't even try to wrap my burrito; they fold it and flip... it. I also bought two kids' meals. Something was wrong with the steak and my son was spitting it out. I went back to the counterand told the young lady, Kristofer, that something was wrong with the steak. She stated they can't take the steak back and thatI have to buy another protein. It cost $3 for a small container of chicken reminding you the kid's meal was around $5. The sadpart is they didn't even try to fix the problem. Never had a restaurant wanted me to pay for something that might be wrong withtheir product. I usually have a pretty good experience at an Chipotle, but we went to the Salisbury one yesterday and it wasn't good. They... were out of everything, so they say. When you look at another worker to have them shake their head when you ask for whiterice, sour cream or hot sauce then you know they have some in the back. They just don't want to get it out. Since when doesChipotle not fill the bowls up? My bowl wasn't even half full. Neither was the other persons. We still paid almost $18.00for a meal and didn't get anything we hardly wanted. Read more
