It?s not the staff.. it?s everything else. The staff always has a smile on their face but it?s the wait times. It takes 15 mins... in the drive thru .. even if you?re the second car in line. I try To be understanding every time, management needs to do abetter job on these wait times. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. I was the only 1 inside. The register they had to use... only took exact change or a card. Waited forever for my BEC bagel. It was good but cold. All in all not my best day.???? Read more
Place is a joke. A bunch of punk kids working that don?t care about anything. Screaming and yelling through the window in the... back. 2 people in front of me and 2 behind. Waited15 minutes in the drive thru. Was blocked in and couldn?t get out. Price was$5.13. Gave them $6 and was given a dime back. The place used to be GREAT when I moved to Salisbury over a year ago. Look at this adorable pup cup!!! It always makes my day better when I stop by Dunkin' on my way to work. Every once in a while I... take my dog with me and I ask for a treat for her. The workers were so excited when I pulled up to the window and asked if theycould add a couple of munchkins to my pup's treat, which she absolutely loved! Oh! And for me, I usually pickup a green tea anda yummy bagel with strawberry cream cheese, which is my absolute favorite! Read more
I got three coffees this morning, waiting 45 minutes in line. 2/3 coffees aren?t even made correctly. And ones not even full.... Like don?t serve a customer if you?re not going to do it right. Location is great but the store closes at 8 we went there 6.45 pm and they don?t serve anything we asked for donuts , cappuccino... nothing was served. They have to update the timing or they have to serve till store closes Read more
My daughter and I come here from Kannapolis a couple times a week and the crew here makes it worth the drive. They are all so... friendly and we never have to wait long for our food and drinks. Mara has been extremely friendly and always seems to have asmile on here face. The employees obviously have pride in their store and it truly shows. Read more
