Visited on 9/5/22 at 1:00 pm. Great deep dish supreme pizza. Hot and delicious. Picked up from kiosk in store. Staff member was... taking a pizza out to a car and almost ran me over and let the door shut in my face. Inside the store, the staff made eyecontact, but never said thanks or anything. Statesville blvd location, I couldn't imagine a more " dirty " looking Little Caesars restaurant. Customer waiting area should... be the cleanest part of your business, ceiling tiles and light fixtures and return air vents are covered with ,something black. This location needs an update and a cleaning service. Read more

This Little Caesars is awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, 3crazy bread/sauce and 2 extra sauce to be delivered. Didn't get the extra... sauce, and the Crazy Bread had nothing on it. Just dry breadsticks in a bag. I could understand 1 order of crazy bread, but all3? C'mon. That's ridiculous. I basically paid $50 for 2 pizzas and could have bought some breadsticks at Food Lion for $3 andsaved some money. Also, one of the pizzas wasn't fully cooked. I preordered it so they got the order at 11am and had an hour tomake it and it still wasn't right. It's just pizza. Its not rocket science. I wouldn't have cared if it was late if they werebusy It's always dirty looking in there, the staff is rude, and management just let's it be a free for all in there. Every slice of every pizza is a different size. It's like a preschooler is learning what a triangle is. Makes it hard to share... with friends and family. I will not be returning. Read more

Biggest problem: dirty in store. They would flunk if I were an inspector. Food is very good, but I witnessed a young girl with... loose hair cutting a freshly cooked pie, with her hair right over the food! Nasty! Dirty floors, counter tops, glass, etc. Yallneed to make your store beautiful...looks like s truckstop bathroom! Outside of store? Filth. Windows, filthy. Great food. Horrible housekeeping. Want more business? Squeaky clean. Get on the mall property mgt to clean up that parking lot andexterior. That's their job! Looks ghettoee! Service mostly good. October 2020 - My family and I havr been eating LC everywhere for years. For the authenticity of the ingredients, price,... quantity, and taste, you just can't go wrong with LC, unless... Of course, there are those LC's that can't make a pizza nomatter what (like the one on Silas Creek Pkwy in Winston Salem (half done Italian Cheese bread EVERYTIME)). Anyway, this LC hasabsolutely perfected the art of pizza & bread making. Yes, they are always busy and packed, but that is to be expectedconsidering the typical LC price, quantity, etc. So, the Italian bread here always has the crispiest flakiest bottom ever. Thecheese and seasonings, butter on top...I mean everything perfect everytime we go there. Crazy bread is good too, but my littleones always eat that (not me).
