I got a medium frie and a sweet tea at this location. The food may be good, but I can hear the staff yelling and arguing with... each other when I was getting my food at the window. One of them even said a curse word to where I can hear it. The person who presented my order also didn't do it in a friendly manner because she let the argument between her co-workers get in her head. Iunderstand because I know everybody has their bad days at work, but I believe the employees should be a little kinder to theirco-workers for the costumers sake and maybe give constructive criticism and learn not to take it personally. They should alsoleave the drama at home and keep their negative attitudes to themselves. I also understand there could be drama at workespecially in the restaurant because I work in a restaurant too and I experienced stuff like this with co-workers too, buteventually I learned how to handle it and I believe those workers can too. This has never happened at this McDonald's before andI'm sad this happened. I'm going to stop going to this location for a while and hopefully the staff there will get theirattitudes adjusted. Lady at the counter was really nice and thoughtful. Made sure I received the extra sauces. Fries, unfortunately, were cold.
My mom and I pulled into the drive through and the young male manager with long/wavy hair was being so incredibly rude to the... woman who processed our payment. I can?t believe he had the nerve to say the things he did at all. I hope he faces some repercussions for his actions. I feel so bad for the poor woman he was being degrading and abusive towards. I needed to put a star in order to write a review. Will never visit this location again. They got our order wrong twice. Simple... orders at that. Basic large big mac meal, 10 pc chicken nugget meal, 2 extra cheeseburgers done. So not only did they forget togive us food but as my husband and i were eating our fries we found 2 dead flies in our french fry containers. Unfortunately weleft our fries for the last bit otherwise we would have thrown it out. I wish I took a photo. It was so gross!! NEVER AGAIN???????????? Read more
My Aunt and I ordered the deluxe chicken meals, oh my, it was terrible. Looked like the chicken was fried twice and fries needed... a coat, ear muffs and gloves just to get warm. I was scared to open the pie but it turned out to be the best part of the meal.It was warm and taste great. Tea was great as usual. The rest was a waste of money and time. Read more
