You've changed O'Charleys, since the last time I spent dinner here. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It used to come with a... side salad. If it still does.... I didn't get one. The food didn't even taste the same. I debated with my husband on what typeof noodle is in my food because it looked and felt like spaghetti noodles. I gave you 3 stars because I wasn't completelyappalled by it and still ate it, the flavoring and the chicken were still tasty. It didn't go to waste but I liked it better theold way. Read more
My experience with Kelsi as my server was amazing. We bonded over being mothers and she even held my babe for a minute so I... could scarf down my delicious meal! 10/10 recommend this Ocharleys for the quality service, she made me feel right at home. Read more
Food is good. KK is a great server and is always friendly and happy to see us. Honestly, she?s the reason we keep coming back,... despite all of the menu changes. Who in their right mind would get rid of frozen strawberry lemonade pie? And replace free pieWednesday with $1.99 cobbler Wednesday? Somebody at corporate must be having a rough time. Read more
The service was great (apart from the male hostess, he came off as a bit rude.), the food was good and the prices aren't too bad... for a semi steak house. Our waitress was wonderful and down to earth. My burger was not cooked the way I asked for it but wasdecent. Mac and cheese was bland but overall we had a pretty relaxed evening dining here. First time here and I was totally impressed.. Their Ribeye on the Bone was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The... Carmel pie will make me chest on my diet everytime. So worth it.. I try to never leave negative reviews, but this one was deserving. First of all, my waitress Dawn was Great in service and... attitude. Kitchen messed up my food so it was a bit soggy, but plated well. First time taking my mom to this restaurant so waspretty disappointed after I had bragged their food is so good. They do offer veteran discounts at this location. After I atewhat food I could, I went to the bathroom and there was a maggot on the floor. I would NOT have ate here if I would have seenit before. Had a great meal n great service. Love the yeast rolls. The Spinach n Artichoke dip is the bomb. The top sirloin is always... awesome. This is the 6oz. The Salmon was on plank grilled to perfection with asparagus n steakhouse mashed potatoes. Mmmm Read more
