Food was good, loud whistling from a sink (right behind the wall that doesn't go to the ceiling?). Ticket was 28.85 and they... rang up the credit as 30. 00 before the tip. Only 1.15 so I still left a tip, but makes you wonder if they do that often. Read more
Very disappointed. I have always loved Palms, but I will not be returning. I went to get breakfast one day and due to some... health issues I had to bring my own cup, so I could have something to drink. Before I could sit down she told me that I couldnot have my own cup and made me take my cup back to my car. She was not nice about the situation. Not accommodating at all. Irecently went back to give the establishment another chance and I told my waiter that my omelet was not done. The middle wasrunny and I could not finish it. Nobody did nothing, manager never acknowledged the situation. Female owner is not personableat all. Read more

What? Breakfast all day??? We came for linch and had a few sandwiches which were top notch! The atmosphere is open and friendly!... Booths and tables for seating on the inside. Patio has tables! Clean and friendly! Definitely recommend. Megan was our serverand she was a delight! Read more
I had never been here but wanted to try someplace different. The Palms has a very nice outside seating area and the inside is... very clean and spacious with ample tables and booths. The menu is very large and diverse. My server recommended the tuna meltwhich was delicious with melted havarti cheese on a crossaint. No draft beer but the bottled beer is cold and served in achilled glass. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you give it a try. Read more
I was truly surprised at this place. Very nice environment. They have a lot of items that I still want/need to try. So far,... I've had their pizza and the Rubens. Ugh! Palms used to be one of my favorite restaurants, in Salisbury, especially when Jason was the head chef/kitchen... manager(2020). But things have drastically changed, since I visited, about 18 months ago. The service was still great but thefood was awful! We ordered a steak and cheese, fried okra, broiled fish and shrimp, mac and cheese, hushpuppies and mashedpotatoes. Nothing had any flavor, except the mac and cheese...it had flavor...it just wasn't a desirable flavor. I'm not surehow to describe the taste...but cheesy is definitely not it! The rest of the food was simply, bland and unremarkable....andoverpriced! (I really wanted a blueberry crepe...but $9, for one crepe?! I wasn't going to risk it, given how bad our mealswere) And to top it all off, we were charged like $1.60-1.65 for using a debit card to pay for a $40 lunch! Absurd! Read more
