First time dining at this location. I don?t plan to return. I arrived about 7 pm and the parking lot was nearly empty. This is... usually telling but I gave it a shot anyway. They had no salad options. I went with the Autumn Squash soup and a water. Thewater wasn?t available at the fountain drink station but had to be passed to the employee over the counter to get water from theback. There was a huge puddle of water in front of the fountain station and while there was a sign, it didn?t appear there wasmuch effort put into cleaning it up. The food came with small, plastic spoons with no apologies for not having proper spoons.The bathroom and dining area could?ve used some attention as well as they weren?t the cleanest. 1. The staff at this location are great, always friendly, tentative, inside service speed even during busy times is... appropriate. 2. The drive through is amazingly slow, just bizarre, I've learned to just go in, often drive through line for apastry and drink is 20-30 minutes, with only a couple or one car in front of you. 3. What's going on with the condition of thein interior? Lights have been bad since I made this a regular location in May, flickering lights that have been covered withcardboard, still a bad light that needs repair. Let me know if you need help with it. The ceiling tiles need to be painted orreplaced in the kitchen, the walls need attention, the glass on the oven needs replaced or scraped clean. Those are just whatyou notice waiting for an order. The food was delicious. My sister and I got salads, and they were correctly prepared and delicious. But we ordered on the app... and had to wait to interrupt a young guy visiting and flirting with the staff to get our order. It wasn't in the rapid pick uparea or on the counter. And all of the tables were dirty. If they have time to flirt, they have time to wipe off a table forcustomers to have a clean table to eat off of. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service was very sub par for what I amused to with Panera as well as what I expect for any establishment that is supposed to be in the business of serving customersin an efficient and clean way. Ordered the green goddess chicken Cobb salad. The chicken looked and tasted so bad that I called in for a new one without... chicken, but apparently they decided to make me a salad with 1 small bite of an avocado and a quarter of an egg slice. Not worthhow much the salads are. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. Adding to this- I went to take a bit of the avocado, and sawthat there was a piece of chicken on it. They must have just scooped it off the previous salad and thrown it on there. Read more
i sat outside for 20 min for my curbside pickup. tried calling and only got through on the third try. was told by a rude woman... that i apparently needed to come in to get my food. this was NEVER communicated to me. i went inside to get my food and twominutes later someone else who ordered curbside and just pulled up in the spot next to me a minute ago is getting their foodhanded to them by a panera worker. are you serious? this is laughable customer service Read more
This was my first and last visit to Panera Bread. The cashier was very pleasant but the food was horrible. I saw the chicken... sandwich on television and wanted to try it. My chicken sandwich was cold and broccoli mac-n-cheese was very thin and justwarm. I paid for both in my party and it was $33.23 for food that tasted like it was fixed in a microwave. Not impressed atall. I don't mind paying for good food but this was far from it. Read more
I ordered the cherry vanilla Pink Ribbon bagel and it was delicious!! My husband got the passion papaya green tea. It?s good,... but tastes more like flavored water. We only go there, because I have the free three monthly unlimited coffee right now. I drinkdecaf and I?ve learned not to order it in the afternoon. It tastes like it?s been there since 6 that morning. Well we went thereat 11 and I thought it should be good. It wasn?t. It?s still stale tasting. Read more
Possibly the worse Panera you can go to. The 3.6 rating is a direct reflection of that and may be generous. Nearly every time I... visit they?re out of something. Bathrooms are very dirty and on my last visit you could smell a foul stench coming out of thebathrooms by the drink machines. The food is too expensive here to not serve them exceptional food.
