I have alway loved papa John's. But their ingredients are going down hill bad. The new pepperoni pizza it doesn't even taste... like real pepperoni. I think I will have to find better quality pizza. Shame. Read more
The last couple of times the food was okay but not fantastic. The service was good though.
We ordered a extra cheese pizza for kids to eat and we went through DoorDash. We got completely different pizzas not one was... what we ordered. We call and they told us nothing we can do about it so $40 something dollars for wrong food. DoorDash offeredus a $5.33 credit. In no way shape or forum did Papa John?s try to help. I had to order another order at $27.65. They?re a joke,they blame DoorDash when DoorDash sent them the exact things we ordered. Save your time, patience and money before you mess withthis place. I live 2.7 miles from them and they say they can?t deliver! Their manager Alexis is the rudest manager I have ever met and I... work in the food industry and am a manager myself! I hate Karens but today I will be one because this is ridiculous! I havenever had anyone speak to me the way this woman did! Just horrible as hell! Read more
First they called and didn't have a driver to deliver after the order was placed (had à 2 hr deliver tome) so I went to go... pickup (for someone else) two employées were getting off as I entered carrying out large portions of food. The young women atthe counter finished conversating with her co workers and then on the phone! Before addressing me. She kept my change! And hadballed up my reciept before asking if i wanted it!then lied when I went back about my change. Read more

10/16/22 Check your pizza when it arrives in front of the delivery driver. Mine was dropped. Not sure if it was store staff or... driver. It was a supreme so it was totaled. Good job PJ?s Read more
