Last Wednesday we went to pick up a large 3 topping pizza. The hamburger was mostly on one side. There were about 3 pieces of... onion. The mushrooms ordered on one side were there. The mushrooms were chewy and I wondered about them. I spent most of thenext day in the bathroom. I ended up throwing out the left overs. Bought three large pizzas online and went to pick them up? First time ordering from this location? These were THE WORST pizzas... I?ve ever gotten from any Pizza Hut? Very skimpy amount of toppings on 5 slices of each 8 slice pizza? All three pizzas wereequally bad? Original pan pizza crust was under cooked on all three? Had to buy three substitute pizzas from a different pizzarestaurant to feed my family? In store staff was terrible! Walked up from parking lot to two employees hanging out, talking,blocking the walkway just outside the front door? Inside employee walking around with pants falling down, low on his hips, withhis red underwear showing? Cashier left register station and went to help box other pizzas without washing his hands first?Didn?t address me before boxing other pizzas, although my order was sitting in the warmers? If I had not already paid for pizzasonline, and driven so far, I would?ve walked out on this place? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at the THE WORST PIZZA HUT I?veever visited in forty years? Great customer service. I really enjoyed the establishment! It was clean and well kept. I received a coupon from my Sprint... Rewards App for free 8 piece bone out wings. When I couldn?t order online, I went to the store and they were able to help meout! Great wings by the way! I?m not a huge Pizza Hut fan but I was impressed with this location! Also I found a dime on theground so that was awesome! Read more
I'd give it no stars but it won't let me. Worst fast pizza I've ever had. Not sure how they got 1 of the pizzas into the box... not realizing the crust wasn't holding the pizza. The wings would by the only redeeming part to get the 1 star. Had to eat thepizza pictured with a fork because you couldn't get it out if the box by the slice. Read more
Although this is the only pizza hut in Salisbury, if you are looking for "dine in" this isn't your place. Employee's do their... job respectively but don't expect them to carry a conversation. They have a relatively big city to feed and carrying a fullconversation isn't part of their job. Some are nice, some aren't but that's a thing that happens everywhere. Read more
