Guy taking orders didn't pay attention and messed up both orders. A lady offered to make it right but we were in hurry and had... to get back on the roads. We didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes for fixes food that was likely to be wrong again. Notthe best Sonic we have been to! I would give a negative star if i could. It takes too long to get our foods or they will give us wrong order, even one time drop... our food on the ground since the staff was not paying attention. Staff were just chitchatting, singing and vaping inside thekitchen. We love your food but sonic in Innes st. is the worst!! Slowest "Fast" food I have ever experienced in all my days. 3 cars in the drive thru and I've waited 30 mins so far and the... first car has not even left yet. I have my car in park and off inn a fast food drive thru. The service at this store is easilythe worst Sonic I have ever been to. I live up the street and continue to give another chance, but I might as well just give upat this point. Not even putting in complaints with corporate does anything. Over 30 dollars for 3 meals and I sit in the drivethru for 40+ minutes most times I try. I bill out at 170 dollars an hour at work, y'all should be paying me to sit here.
