I have been to this location several times and it always seems like half of the options are out of order. Went for mothers day... and most flavors were not working then not lids for LG cups, no small bowls, and only flat lids for medium. Tables were alldirty and trash cans were over flowing. Owners should take a look around before their business starts to fall off. Flavors thatwere operational were good. Got a reply back of course excuse was supply chain issues but nothing about the dirty tables or overflowing trashcans. Oh wait thats short staffed right? Good service has nothing to do with supply issues but yet that seems tohave gotten lost on a lot of places now. If you can't hire good help, owners work yourself or be seen more at your place ofbusiness to keep staff on their toes, not on their phones!!! Read more
Love sweet frog product and flavors. Visited Salisbury store on 1/30/22. Only one person working. Tables were clean. Floor was... wet from mopping with no caution wet signs up. Female associate with dark hair and glasses was not that friendly, maybe becauseshe was by herself and having to do it all. Read more
Went on Sunday afternoon right before closing! It was steady busy & all 3 girls working were on their A game! Super kind &... friendly to not only us but all of the customers. It did not go un-noticed! Good customer service is hard to come by these days,but these girls have been trained right & know what a good business must be like to succeed! Great teamwork :) Read more

Sweet Frog Salisbury is a good location, the staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Good spot for some frog!
