I ordered a ham b4 Christmas in hopes my family was able to meet. Unfortunately, when I ordered I used a gift card my company... gave and when an unfortunate event happened, I had to call and cancel. Well, I threw the card out and was near a loss. I spokewith owner Nader about my family issues and he was more than happy to help!! He pushed the order thru and put it on hold insidethe office! Now as an owner he didn't have to do anything but do a partial refund but instead he said here is MY number youcall me when you are able. Unfortunately, the outcome on my family was not good. I reached out to Nader and his group anddecided to do a little something and He knew exactly who I was !! The manager with the piercing in her face was rude and seemed as if she was high which is unacceptable at the work place. It... saddens me how companies are allowing every and anybody to work there. I will make sure I tell my family to never goto thislocation again either as well. It?s bad when you loose customers because of rude, nasty attitude employees .
