The manager with the piercing in her face was rude and seemed as if she was high which is unacceptable at the work place. It... saddens me how companies are allowing every and anybody to work there. I will make sure I tell my family to never goto thislocation again either as well. It?s bad when you loose customers because of rude, nasty attitude employees . I would give thisplace 0 stars if I could.I also asked to speak to the owner, the manager and the African American lady stated there won?t be anyway of speaking to the owner . I ordered a ham b4 Christmas in hopes my family was able to meet. Unfortunately, when I ordered I used a gift card my company... gave and when an unfortunate event happened, I had to call and cancel. Well, I threw the card out and was near a loss. I spokewith owner Nader about my family issues and he was more than happy to help!! He pushed the order thru and put it on hold insidethe office! Now as an owner he didn't have to do anything but do a partial refund but instead he said here is MY number youcall me when you are able. Unfortunately, the outcome on my family was not good. I reached out to Nader and his group anddecided to do a little something and He knew exactly who I was !! Honestly not too impressed, it's a very small location, the dining room seemed dark and dim, staff was semi friendly. Service... was rough, at first they didn't know if their payment system took the charge to start making the food and had to wait severalminutes. Our food didn't come out at the same time, and the side item was missing. When all the food did arrive, make no mistakeHoney Baked Ham has some of the best sandwiches you can eat, they are delicious. I'm familiar with the food, which is always phenomenal, when we have it at work. I decided to share the deliciousness with my... family tonight. I ordered sandwich one with no mayo or honey mustard. Sandwich 2 with no onion or tomato. Sandwich one had bothmayo and honey mustard. Sandwich 2 had no onions but still had tomato.
