Just had a terrible experience after driving down the highway because the other WH was closed. The employees in there werent... allowing seated customers at 5a despite no one being there and being staffed. They served me a lack luster not-how-I-ordered-itmeal with mostly raw bacon, and an incorrect waffle. They also spent all their time very loudly complaining about theirco-workers, idk who "Tijana" (sp) is, but hot dang your co-workers do not like you.... and now *I* Know (veryunprofessional) Usually this place is solid, but this time.... nope. My experience was so great prior to this I visit and received the worst customer service but tonight reassured me that there?s... still good people. The cook was very nice from the time that we entered the building. And for a big plus she made our foodexcellence and out of this world. Y?all definitely need to keep her because last night on third shift she did her thing with thefood while also giving great customer service skills. This is a big change for your overnight customers. Stopped here the other day because I had a craving for their hash browns. The service was horrible! There was no toilet paper in... the bathroom, there was no soap to wash my hands but luckily they had rubbing alcohol I could use (ugh). They had most of thetables roped off so you could only sit at a few tables and the waitress acted like it was a problem that I even wanted to eatthere. However, the hash browns were cooked perfectly and the food was good just next time I will eat in my car instead. Read more
This was a great Waffle House! I always go to Waffle House after a fasting blood test and I always always get a 3 egg ham and... cheese omelette and scattered hash browns all the way!! The staff was very friendly and attentive so I tipped extra. And youshould too!! The food was delicious!! Read more
Celebrating 5 years of going to this amazing Waffle House! One of the few that still are 24 hours!! A true breakfast diner... experience. Smiley is awesome and always goes above and beyond to make fresh decaf coffee for me. The scrambled eggs and hashbrowns and bacon are always delicious. This location has been remodeled and is well taken care of. I always enjoy the food andservice! A great location right off the highway and a beautiful view at sunset. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service. Read more
Again waffle House does not disappoint. I would suggest coming here the staff was friendly the cook was absolutely amazing! I... got the steak and bacon cheesy melt or whatever I can't remember because it's so damn Delicious I just ate it right away. Ifyou're traveling through and you're hungry stop here! Edit: So the following day my realized she left her wallet here. So wecame back and someone had turned it in! So thankful for these people. We decided to eat here again and I had get the samesandwich again! Did not disappoint! Jo-jo our server is such a nice lady we chatted while we ate. My coworker and I had the worst experience here the other night. We were told to wait and the Noone would clean a table. There... was dishes and food EVERYWHERE! The whole staff was rude and no one was even trying to clean up!! I don't know what yall didwith Sarah but we won't be back until she is!! Miss you wherever you are! Read more
