No matter what time of day you go, the service is ALWAYS slow. I went there around 1230am and it was only 2 cars in the drive... thru, we still waited about 15-20 minutes total for a complete service. At the speaker I was told to wait without a simple"welcome to Wendy's please hold" when I ordered they just told me to drive around, without telling me my total. When I paid incash, I politely asked for my receipt and the guy said the printer machine was broken and it's nothing he could do. This fastfood place is never fast. So be prepared to wait every time. Went to this location around 8pm on October 28, and they were so confused. The girl running the drive thru, couldn't get things... right, even though the other girl was telling exactly what to do. She was getting so frustrated, that she cracked my debit card.The manager came up there, and finally she got it finished. But, then handed me half of my order. Had to ask for the rest. Ididn't realize it till I got home, that my tea was unsweetened, when I asked for sweet tea. Just a very bad experience afterworking a 14 hour shift. I won't come back to this location for a while. It was late when I went through the drive thru. They were packed, there were 5 cars ahead of me. I thought the line moved... quickly. The lady at the drive thru apologized for the wait and said they were short staffed. I told her it was fine, that I wasnot complaining. The fries were fresh and hot. The burgers were great, and I love their Frostys! The world is short staffedright now, please be nice to the people who show up for work. Read more
(This is the good Wendy's on Jake Alexander Blvd. not the disappointing one on E Innes St.) Clean and friendly. Like a small... town Wendy's with folk you might know there. Dining Room is open. (The one on E. Innes St. the dining room was closed!) ThisWendy's is a little tricky to get to. Take the second left, not the first, after getting off the interstate. A u-turn would workbest, though you can drive through the old k-mart parking lot and come in the back way. Read more
It?s currently 318pm on 8/15/22 and this location has its doors locked, although they are open for dine in. I assume the doors... are locked because it?s a very long drive through line and they may be short staffed? But, they need to have a sign on the dooror something. The doors should not be locked! This is the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever experienced. Half the time in the morning they have a cone in the drive thru so you can?t... even order. Then when you can order, you can guarantee your food will be wrong. Then you have your time throughout the day.Dining room is closed, 30 cars in the drive thru that are stuck for an hour because nobody inside actually cares. Read more
I can?t complain about much except for the person taking my order. They were kinda rude. They couldn?t hear me so I spoke louder... and they said ?why are you yelling?? In a sassy way while I was just trying to make sure she heard me. The food was fine. Read more
