While visiting Salisbury and looking for a little something more than a burger for supper my wife and I discovered this little... gem of a restaurant. The young lady taking our order was exceptional with her service and explaining the menu. She was also veryattentive while we enjoyed our meal, swinging by periodically to see if we needed anything and to make sure the food was to oursatisfaction. The guys running the kitchen were awesome and prepared a great meal for us. I had the Banh Mi Fries and my wifehad the Banh Mi Dip. Both were delicious! If you're visiting Salisbury or just passing thru, take a break and swing by thisgreat restaurant. You won't be disappointed! Read more
This was my first visit.... an impulse lunch while I was in the Salisbury. I intended to get Vietnamese Spring Rolls but decided... to try this item that was odd but included Pho.... Pho Banh MI Dip for $14 with iced tea. It was an unusual dish that was okay.I wouldn't order it again, but it was good to experience. Next time, I will get the traditional Pho and spring rolls. Great Customer Service over the phone when I called asking their Pho options and even better service when I arrived. I was happy... to be able to Park my Semi Truck (Bobtail) on the backside of the restaurant. I tried the Pho and Vietnamese BBQ Pork Banh Miand both were super flavorful and tasted amazing! Definitely some of the best Pho I have had and I have had pho from around theglobe including Vietnam. Also, one of the best Banh Mi Sandwiches I have tried. Both meals were full of flavor and spices andthe right amount of protein to noodles ratio in the Pho. They also had Thai Tea which was an added surprise bonus. We have been here a number of times. The staff is very helpful. The food is always really good. You can expect even on very busy... nights the food comes out rather quickly. The broth on their pho is spot on. Highly recommend Read more
Thank you Yummi Banh for choosing this area so close to home to showcase the love and passion you have in serving the community... with this delicious cuisine. The pho deluxe was just the right portion of meat and accompanied ingredients. Freshness was soever present in the bright and vibrant colors of the veggies. Attention to detail was amazing on the lemon grass chicken tacos!The staff was 100% engaged with suggesting recommendations, education on what?s popular and even recommended a dish that takes aspin off the original pho concept! (Their version of a French dip) Location is clean, and well let, AC was pumping and allowedfor comfortable indoor eating. Outdoor eating space was also well set up and intimate in size. The only issue this place isgoing to have is eventually sit down space. This place will one day very soon start to be very busy! I hope they can keep theconsistency in their engagement with the customers, attention to the very fine detail to presentation in their dishes and theirvery visible passion to use fresh ingredients! Driving through and stopped here for lunch. The Banh Mi pork sandwiches were amazing! The service was fast and staff was so... friendly. The patio was also nice. Only reason I docked a star was because the inside was a little messy and the bathrooms couldhave been cleaner. Also wished there were more drink options. Read more
