I took my ex there for his birthday. Got chicken fingers and fries.we both loved the spacing and high chairs.

This is for the Zaxby's on Faith road in Salisbury, North Carolina. I ordered my wife and I some supper on Monday night.... Unfortunately when I got home the order was incorrect. We must have got somebody else's lol. I called back and talked with themanager and explained everything. He put my name on the list in the book that they keep at the store for a mistakes made. Henever questioned the authenticity of order. I went in tonight. Picked up a hot chicken plate in the salad from my wife.Management was friendly and happy and willing to help. I will continue to visit this location like I have done over the lastcouple years. Very friendly staff and very helpful and friendly manager. Have been coming here for 4-5 years and they have never messed up my order a single time. Always hot and freshly made. Customer... service is always great and the drive thru is always quick, even with a lengthy dinner rush line. Inside is also always cleanwhen I have dined in. Read more

I should drop to 2 stars but I won't. Went back a few days ago (Salisbury doesn't have a lot of anything to choose from!) The... restaurant is FILTHY! Please clean up. Drink machine's ice was barely working and no longer mixes/pours the soda you request.Had to wait longer than most as somehow they lost our 2 person order. And it wasn't crowded. Finally, my grilled chicken wasbad. It's definitely not worth what zaxbys costs, especially now that these corps are charging more just because they can andcalling it inflation/necessary. I really wish I had that $30 back! Then, to top it all off, and not zaxbys fault, I guess,though there were several cops there eating and cameras everywhere, some little, old lady (I believe) decided to do theunchristian thing and judge me in the most cowardly way - with a note on my car. Told me sauce was not included with meal and that I would have to pay $.25 for a sauce. Why would a meal that includes in order... of fries not come with a sauce $.25 is not much money but the principal of that is ridiculous add the cost to the meal don'tinsult your customer by forcing them to pay extra to make your fries edible. First time at a Zaxby's and I was pretty surprised. It had the feel of an upscale fast food joint, similar to that of a... Smashburger or Chipotle. The restaurant was pretty nice. It was clean inside with plenty of seating available. It had hightops, tables and bar areas to sit at. There was also plenty of seating outside, too. Upscale or not, it still had the feel andvibe of a fast food restaurant. The service was good. Typical quick and efficient, though the staff wasn't all that friendly. In fact, the person taking the order was pretty annoyed that I was ordering and wasting his time apparently --perhaps he hadsomething better to do? Though not the healthy choice, the food was good. Their chicken was tasty --I had their club sandwich,and fries pretty generic, though good. Not sure I'd rave about the food, or not sure I'd go out of my way because 'I have tohave ZAXBY'S!!!', but it was good. The restaurant is buried in a plaza off the freeway. You can't see the restaurant from themain road, and take a few twists and turns to get to from the freeway, so it wasn't easy on/off, but still not too much of apain. Read more
