I go to Arby's because I LOVE the Arby's sauce. It's the main reason I have always gone to Arby's. If you want sauce don't go... through the drive thru. I specifically ask for a certain amount of sauce because if you just say "I want sauce" they give youmaybe 2 packets. I asked for a certain amount. Always am given less. Why so stingy with the sauce?? I'll even pay extra. We getgyped every time. :( I don't want just 2 packets of sauce for my 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. I want 10. I ask for 10. Iget 6 or 7. The lady at the window is one of the rudest people I have ever met. We had to tell her 4 times what we needed so we had to get a... little loud for her to understand. This location was the cleanest Arby's establishment we've visited. It was a relief to know all the workers there still take... their job duties seriously, to make us feel comfortable as we visited. The employees there were very friendly, my family willmost definitely be visiting any chance we get. Read more
