Ordered in drive through, order taker didn?t ring it up correctly even after we corrected him twice when he repeated the order... back to us. We proceeded to tell girl at window order was wrong her reply was ?well it was rang up that way I can?t do anythingabout it! ? What happened to customer service and fixing a mistake when it?s their fault? Spoke to manager and he said I?ll talkto them but still didn?t fix our order. I haven?t, in so many years, experienced such perfected customer service. And to top it off, the quality of the food will have... you sleeping with one eye open in anticipation of that now open sign lighting up for breakfast. Went in for lunch. They offer an awesome substitute for fries. You can replace it with yogurt or cottage cheese and the best... part ( now that you saved those calories ) get a small shake for your drink. I had the grilled chicken. Very moist and tender. Read more
Bathrooms are very clean! Employees are nice and always seem to be happy. They do a lot of business and function very well... together...1 young lady was filling a fairly good sized order and another one came up to ask what she could help her with it.She said the young man was getting one part done and the other woman could help with something else. Awesome stop! I?ve never seen anything quite like this fast food restaurant meets (highly expansive) ice cream & snack market!... If you are road tripping I highly recommend making this a stop. I got the 4 cheese burger and a jr chocolate shake. The burgerwas pretty good and the shake was great! Read more
We LOVE Braum's. Every trip to Sallisaw we take we eat at Braums at least 2 times. The chicken strip dinner and the double stack... Burger are our favorite. Ice cream is fantastic...my favorite is Pecans Cherries & Cream, it's awesome!!! Read more
