This morning my faith in humanity was boosted by an employee in Sallisaw McDonalds. There were several men (who appeared to be... homeless) in the dining room. The employee, who was a lady (whom I assume was management because of her attire)was working thefront counter. As each of these gentlemen came to order or get more coffee, they were treated with respect and dignity. I do notknow this lady?s name but kudos to her. What a valuable lesson she was teaching other employees: that customers (humans) shouldbe treated with kindness and respect! Read more
What you see is what you get. Food is fast and consistent across locations. I don?t care for the self-serve ordering kiosk ? the... menu is unnecessarily complicated to navigate and complete the order. Then I was unable to pay at the kiosk, due to technicalproblem, so had to stand in line to submit my order and pay for it. Read more
We waited over 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, while the Door Dash driver, and several drive thru orders were filled... (AFTER we had placed our order). After asking where our food was, it was handed to us COLD. It has been stuck to theside... Manager was finally located and we got a refund. Went to Braum's.
