Worst customer service I've experienced in the whole entire country. The two lady's working there are down right the rudest and... most entitled people I've ever dealt with. Add more smile and customer service to the front desk and this is not a different theory for whoever doing business. I was with... my daughter and the server girl acted just like we should buy food here no matter what. Teach them customer care and how tosmile. Read more
Normally it's pretty good but today the wrap I ordered was wet and fell apart.
Staff were not wearing masks and allowing customers to come in without masks. I didn't realize until I was halfway through my... order and decided to walk out. In this day and age how anyone would think it's okay to prepare food without a mask on is beyondme. Read more
Not a great experience. We ordered two regular chicken caesar wraps, paid the same price, but one was filled with lots of meat,... and the other had basically no meat at all. Terrible customer service - didn't even try to make up for the wrong order.. Read more
Always fresh and served quickly however could use some more eating area to be able to sit and relax while eating.
