Ordered a mama burger. The patty was a good half inch away from edge of bun all the way around. Great big chunk of onion & 1... small sliver. Not only was tge bun dry, so was the burger patty. It had zero flavor. All I could taste was mustard, ketchupand onion. It was awful. Read more
Worst A&W I've ever eaten at. The beef tastes bland and unseasoned, fryer oil is burnt and yellow and needs to be changed... causing the hash browns to taste burnt and gross. Drinks aren't filled up all the way and the coffee is bad. This is a verypoorly managed branch that needs to get its act together. Read more
Ths time? My order was good, food was ok, but? The window guy? Was bettr than my previous visit, & he got the order correct!!!... But, prior visit, ths position was covered by a far less courteous, non professional, person. "Gettin bettr" it seems. Read more
Bit of a wait in drive thru when they're short staffed but that's is totally to be expected! Always very friendly and your know... you can count on the food being good! Highly recommend! ? Read more
I live this place! Staffs are super friendly and awesome food. Love the coffee too, waiting for the brew bar though for more... coffee options and root beer slushy. Manager, Tony is great and always accommodating and hands on to operations. Read more
A&W in Salmon Arm for a quick dinner, 2 boys, dad and granddad. Dad didn't know about the Kid Packs. He was happily surprised.... No complaints. Very nice staff. Benjamin was especially helpful. A local patron told us about the ospreys that were sitting oneggs just outside the restaurant window. On cue, the male osprey came back carrying a fish for momma. We had front row seats. Read more

Usually they are good, but I went today. I asked for the sweet potato fries cooked well, because they are usually undercooked.... He said they are on a timer and we left with the fries. When we got home , the fries were barely cooked at all, basically raw.Not impressed. Read more
