We had stopped here while passing through on our way home. We ordered gluten free pizza and honey garlic chicken wings and... fries. The pizza was fine, but we asked for parmesan cheese and sprinkled it all over the pizza. The parmesan was very staleand smelt really bad and ruined the pizza. The server was very apologetic and offered to remake the pizza for us but we wereturned off the pizza and declined. The chicken wings tasted burnt and were not very good, the fries were alright and probablythe best part of the meal. It was disappointing. We were in a rush as we still had 6 hours to drive after driving for 6 hoursto get here, so we weren't interested in waiting for it to be remade. I gave 2 stars because the server was friendly and triedher best, and I'm sure it could have been better if we had time to wait. Read more
It’s getting harder to find a reliable, reasonably priced and well-staffed eatery here, despite the many ‘options’. The ... lunch was okay and portion size not really worth the $20 price tag. A chicken ‘clubhouse’ (mini baguette) was a little tooundercooked and the fries needed to be less ‘pale’ and also a tad undercooked. The servers were very attentive but as othershave complained, nowhere in sight as we left and tried to pay. Friendly and efficient, so can’t fault them for that.Wouldn’t make this a regular lunch venue but it’s ok. Other places in town are also having issues with new cooks andinconsistent food, so at least with this place you have some standard that has to be followed. Prices reflect less value for $these days and it looks like our future. Read more
We had to wait an hour and a half for our meal because the waitress forgot to even tell the kitchen about us, worst experience... with service I've had at a restaurant, the manager eventually gave us like our wings for free and tried to just rush us out thedoor instead of apologizing for completely forgetting about our meal and then maybe actually giving a decent discount to yourcustomers. No tip for them today and will for sure think twice before going back lol. We sat there for 3 times longer than weneeded to be to get our meal and they act like hardly anything happened. For the love of the lord what has happened to peopleactually just doing a good job it's like they don't even care anymore. Read more
Food is great. Delivery was on time. Problem is this: when you order for five people and you spend bit of money on order, and... you specifically ask for FORKS, salt and pepper and your order shows up without any of it. It's kind of ridiculous. What am Isupposed to eat my pasta with? Salt I can deal with but come on! Five orders of pasta dishes and not a single fork? Isn't itcommon sense? Especially delivering to hotels! I dint have this issue with other restaurants. The no cutlery seems to be only aBoston Pizza problem. Every time. There's no cutlery and we are left to go searching for forks!!!! What the hell gives BP? Wehave $100s of dollars worth of food we can't eat, and I even ASKED for it. Been going here for years. The food is fine for a Boston pizza. It’s not fair to criticize food at a franchise since most of... it is pre made. Never had any issues with service and the waitresses are pretty good, only thing is the hostesses almost looklike they’re gossiping about you behind the counter…. There’s like 7 of them and they just all stand there whispering. Read more
