Went to the Home Restaurant for the first time in about 3 years. Happy to say it's GREATLY improved from the last time I was... there! It is under new ownership/management and I can honestly say it's for the better! The staff were friendly and efficientand the food was great! Highly recommend the Benny omelette! Decided to give this place a try to see if it was any better than Sorrento location. WOW!!! What a difference!!!!!!!!!! Manager... clearly on site helping out where needed, my server seemed new and shy, I?m sure in time she will be excellent. Food came outhot and delicious. Place was busy and the wait was not bad, the other waitress seemed to have years of experience and was agreat help to my server. I will be back to this location for sure. Great family restaurant. Homey feel and wholesome breakfast meals. Waitress Stacey was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed... Senior's breakfast and Benny Omelette. Coffee was fresh and made just right. They play great music. Read more
We have eaten here several times and we've never been disappointed or left hungry. The servings are very generous, the servers... are super friendly and the food is consistently good. We have only gone for breakfast but we'd definitely try lunch and supperthere in the future. The blue plates of food are off the children's menu so you can see they don't skimp on serving sizes! I always make a effort while passing through to stop in and have a clubhouse sandwich and fries. Always delicious. Service is... great. It?s a bit harder to get in with this COVID stuff going on but they are trying hard to accommodate. Restaurant is clean.The fries aren?t homemade right now because of the potato shortage but I?m sure they will be when the ?pandemic? ends. Ampleparking. I will return. Read more
