I usually don't give negative reviews but the quality of the food here, at least when I ordered was terrible. I ordered a medium... fries and it was stale, cool, and as though it has been just sitting there for hours. The pumpkin spice latte tasted likecardboard. Not sure if they were closing up or what was going on as I came around 8pm from a long drive. Really disappointing. Read more

Oh today was a disaster. I felt so sorry for the staff members. The eggs didn?t get delivered?? And no hash browns?? This was... around 1030 am. We decided not to go into the drive through because it was NOT moving. I did buy two coffees and realized thatthey were serving drinks with the meals and not doing the solo drinks as a separate serving. I eventually stepped up and askedjust for the coffees as I was 10th in line to receive my order!! Management has to improve there. There was a hiring sign. Makethe pays something to hire retirees and everyone. I work in retail and work experience in fast food. Please. Do better!! Read more

Normally I don't write negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience we've had with McDonald's. We ordered through... the drive through and were asked to wait for our food near the entrance. We waited 5 minutes or more for our food to arrive.The burgers and chicken nuggets were fine. However, they forgot our dip for the nuggets, my husband's coke was watered down andthe fries were cold, floppy and had NO salt. If we weren't already late (we were headed out of town), we would have gone back tofix the issues. Read more

Just ordered 4 meals for our family at this McDonald?s. To start, I?m a fairly patient person. 20 minutes into the wait we ask... if our order was being made as our order disappeared off the display screen. We were told ?yes? And offered two cookies, whichwe declined. Then we waited another 15 minutes and so we asked again, to which they replied ?yes it?s on its way?. We waitedanother 5 minutes and we got our order (or so we thought). It was incomplete, so we checked our order and had to go back in andwait again for the correct order. The order area was full of people before we arrived and several orders behind us were gonequite some time before we got our order. In all, we waited 45 minutes!! We could have sat down somewhere and ate at a properrestaurant in a shorter amount of time. This is completely unacceptable and I feel like ?sorry for your wait? is a little lessthan an apology when McDonalds normally has a much higher standard of customer service. My boyfriend went in to the restaurant and received terrible customer service. He came in the store because he was riding his... bicycle. He ordered his food, paid for it and waited 15 minutes. When the food was finally ready the lady disrespectfullyslammed the food on the counter. My boyfriend asked another worker if he could believe that and was pointing at the ladyexplaining to the other worker who did this to him. She got in a huff, he left with his food outside where the McDonald?s workerlady followed him, she kept yippin off to him, he had enough, threw his food on the ground, left without his money back or foodand gave 5 bucks to the homeless man on the corner. The store self serve kiosks were out of order and that was a huge impact on service at the desk, as there's only one till. I... got in and out within 15 minutes. Bathrooms were in shambles, pretty messy, and the lock did not work. Don't recall seeing anyaccessibility stalls either. Most disappointing no Salmon on the menu, could have been a cool local feature item. Read more
