Very good this time I got a frappe and iced in under the third the time they couldn't get me a black cup of plain coffee in so I... had to cancel 25 minute after my order was sent to them or 16min after it should have been done and the credit was neverreturned to my card. It's been 20 minutes and I still don't have my drink. My sandwich will be cold by the time I get it probably. Ok after 23... minutes I got my drink when they tried to give it to someone else who has like that says someone elses name on it. Then theydidn't give me a straw and I had to flag down another worker to get one. Read more
This is a busy Starbucks! Expect some wait times. The location is very nice and new. Good atmosphere. Lovely to sit on the... outdoor patio. The staff were friendly and on point for the Starbucks brand. The location is extremely busy with drive thru,mobile orders, and in person orders. If you go, expect a wait. Recommend doing a mobile order ahead of time as you will getserved faster. Good experience otherwise. Read more
The new drive-thru line is chronically long and slow - I left after 5 minutes today of not moving ahead at all (except for the... vehicle ahead of me that left in frustration prior to me leaving). Not the 1st time. Once you enter the long confined (curbed)lane, you are trapped for a long time. Under-staffed, or bugs still to be worked out. Best avoided. Read more
Their new store is a really nice place and makes it feel like a big city Starbucks. However, it's not as nice to hang out in... there because it's packed with kids in their swimsuits due to its location next to the waterslides. Feels like you're poolsideand not in a coffee shop. Would be nice if they had a shirt and shoes policy. Read more
This is from my last visit at their Piccadilly Mall location a month or so ago. Had awesome service, great staff. Never had an... issue at that location over 8 years. Will definitely have to stop in at thier new spot soon! Read more
