Can't get a order right order a large coffee got x large tea

What can I say, The service since new ownership, has declined, always attitude at the order window, from the women employees,... and especially from managers. Usually spent between $25 to $40 per day, But after giving them a chance, for the past couple ofmonths, Enough is Enough. It used to be a great place to go in Salmon Arm, but not anymore. They pushed out the previous Staff,to employ some new workers, with no experience and with a very rude attitude. Not a really good business decision. Read more
Slow service but reliable product. I came with my kids while travelling. We ordered breakfast sandwich meals. Food product was... consistent and met expectations. Location seems short staffed so we had long waits and noticed the unkept lobby and eating area.This reduced the overall experience. Read more
You pay for a Large coffee but get a Medium coffee in a Large size cup. Every Tim?s seems to do this and it?s getting worse
Where to start... Ok, great selection of donuts. And staff is lovely. Sadly, it is very dirty place. We were the only customers... and we could not find a clean table. We asked one of the ladies working there to clean one for us. She came and wiped it...butas you can see on attached picture - it was still dirty. Read more
