I've gone here many times for meals throughout the day and late night snacks too. The food is delicious, staff are fast, well... trained and effective at what they do. Never takes longer then 5 minutes to get from the order station to the end of the line.The longest part of the experience is having to wait in the drive through line as it can be quite long but I don't mind as itdoes go quite quickly. Top notch food as far as fast varieties go. Everything I have ever ordered has been delicious and wellwrapped. Very rarely has an order ever been wrong and that's quite a change from other restaurants. All in all, the best fastfood place in Salmon Arm as far as I'm concerned and really the only choice for late night bites in town as well as they trulyare open late. Thankful for you Wendy's in SA. Want to go lower than one, took my mobile order and charged me but show up and they're closed. Best part is the employee looked... at me when I knocked on the door, smiled and then walked off. Came at 930pm, sign and website say closes at 11. Manager didn'teven bother to rectify the situation, came out talking on his cell phone. Don't waste time at this location. Read more
Very nice you can change things on the board and also add things. Never seen that before in the Mac Donald?s u can only delete... things. The add things was great. Only one order had the wrong burger but she still enjoyed it. Read more
The food was good and consistent with the Wendy?s brand. We enjoy the Wendy?s chain and this location was decent. We ordered... take out via drive thru and it was a longer than usual wait time. We understand that everywhere is short staffed and takinglonger than usual these days. Read more
Went through the drive through tonight and was shocked at the customer service. We pulled in to order around 10:45 after I had... worked all night just wanting a coke. The lights for the menu were off so I assumed they were closed and pulled forward. Got tothe window to see the hours posted and it said they were open until 11 and there was a girl at the window just blatantlyignoring us. After 5 or so minutes of us sitting there waiting for her to acknowledge us, she finally faced us (without openingthe window) and forms a ?X? with her arms and mouths the words we?re closed with a harsh attitude. I frustratedly pointed to thehours sheet and she rolls her eyes at me and walks away. I did end up phoning them and luckily the manager was there andapologized and gave me my coke for free. Me and my partner used to really like the food but over the last year the quality has declined. Tonight my chicken was cold and... tasted like it had been out for hours, our fries were extremely salty and lukewarm, and I ordered an apple juice and they gaveme a really gross tasting juice box instead of the delicious bottled juice they normally give us when we order. I?m extremelydisappointed and probably won?t go back anytime soon. Read more
