The person at window was not rude or friendly . Just get your order and leave . They do not look or do not care when they get... the drink . There was no flavor but just bad tasting water . Tried to call but they must have their phone turned off . Frieswere cold and hard . Just like the phone turned off all they do is make a auto replay with no feeling to it . Decent location for fast food. I've been in the past and gotten food and it was pretty good. Arby's is one of the least... consistent chains I've tried between locations. Some locations are great and others are terrible. This one seems to be middle ofthe road, but I have yet to have a bad experience. On my most recent visit, I only got an orange cream shake. I went to this Arby's recently and it was bad. The dining room smelled gross. The big problem here is , the female employee... working the register was really mean and rude. She pulled an attitude right away. I ordered the 2 for 6 and asked for a chickensandwich, and instead of a chicken sandwich they gave me chicken strips on a bun. The chicken strips were awful. I asked forthem to trade the " chicken Strip" sandwich and give me a roast beef instead, I also mentioned that all the other Arby's havechicken sandwiches. I wish they would have asked me instead of giving me chicken strips. They traded me a roast beef sandwichand it was okay. I really don't understand what the cashier's problem is. She seems to have a problem with white women, but I'veseen her being nice to male customers. I don't get it, all customers are paying customers. Everyone should be treated the same.If you get food to go or through the drive though, CHECK YOUR FOOD, and make sure it's correct. I won't be back to this smellyrude location. Read more

Just ordered 2 french dips and crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce. The bread was so hard I could knock it on the table. The... "thin sliced" roast beef was a 1/4 inch thick and also rock hard. I couldn't even bite through it. The fries weren't even closeto warm and they didn't give me any cheese sauce but I still paid for it. Tried calling about 4 times with no answer. Totalwaste of money. I ordered a single sandwich and a drink and paid 13 bucks. ????????????. And the sandwich really wasn't that good. I understand... that your cost for supply has "increased" a bit, but that doesn't explain the reduction in quality. Not good.
