I love right down the street from this location and every time I go through drive thru they make me wait for my food even if I'm... the only customer I have to pull out and wait at least 10 minutes. And they haven't had shakes for a couple months, they saythey don't have a machine all the sudden but I'm sure they just say that because they don't want to do their job. I drive theextra mile to the Arby's on redwood and 1700 south because they actually care. This location is trash. Read more

Order my food, they had me park near the door, and then told me to park some where else again, saw other people get their food... within 3 Minutes. Waited about 10 Minutes and then I decided to go inside. I saw coworkers waste time and talk with my food intheir hands. So I yelled at their horrible service. This is not the first time they'd taken too long to get my food to me. Neverhad this issue with other Arby's but this one has horrible service and poor communication skills. If the food takes longer tocook they should tell me instead of having me wait 10 Minutes with waiting on just one fish wrap sandwich and NO that usuallydoesn't take that long. It might had been a longer wait, but I'm planning to not visit this area again and also warning otherfriends about this location Read more

No mobile ordering?! Over all, a VERY rude manager and a counter employee that was too slow to understand what I wanted. Somehow... asking for jalapenos on a Bacon Beef and Cheddar turned into "no cheese"?? He needs a new position. Will definitely make thelonger trip to the one on 1700 South and Redwood. Read more

Very courteous and personable young man at drive thru window. Food was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is... because there were no napkins, or sauces put in the bag with our order. Read more

The food is always dependable at this Arbys; it's yummy and well put together. Their service has always been 3 / 5 stars - long... wait sometimes and not the best customer service. I still go to this Arbys location often because the food is awesome. Read more

Good for a quick stop anytime of the day..... Nice to have a 24 hour Arby's close to home usually always on point just always... check your food if you get a special order hate getting home and having to go all the way back just to fix yourstuff............. Just Wanted to update my review because this last visit I had was my very LAST I've never seen such a Jokein managment in my entire life it starts with my wife ordering a beef and cheddar on a regular bun because she is allergic tooninons I order mine with extra red ranch as I always do because i love that stuff.....so when our food came everything iordered was right my wife not so much her sandwich was drenched in red ranch and her regular bun was so toasted it crumbled inher hand..also there was a squirt of cheese little to none that is sandwich number 1 so she goes back and politely asks for aremake..........sandwich number 2 comes out on an onion bun and no cheese once again my wife is allergic so she has to go backone more time...and at this point is starting to get a little upset as anybody would so we wait another ten minutes for sandwichnumber three (pictured) completly fell apart as soon as she picked it up meanwhile I've already finished my food just trying tohave a quick lunch with my wife....at this point she is sick of waiting so obviously asks for the manager after getting in ashouting match with the shift lead she asks for the higher up cue man in the purple shirt (pictured) which I might say does notWORK for the arbys he is the manager on duty for Loves the truck stop in which arbys is located......this dude proceeds tobelittle my Wife and pretty much tell her the sandwich is edible and just eat it.......and obviously at this point my wife israising her voice because if you cant get a sandwich right the third time what's the point ? so basically dude says he"ll get usa refund for the sandwich........i understand this is a truck stop but this is some of the worst customer service i've Read more
