Drinks weren't very good, had them made twice and still not good. Food was very overpriced and not the best in taste. We tried... the salmon, could've been cooked a bit longer. We also had the half chicken with potatoes. Chicken we ended up splitting sinceit was a nice portion and the best thing we had between the two dishes. Potatoes were too salty and not edible for us. Got afree dessert for my birthday- some kind of cheesecake but not able to eat it since it was still frozen. Oh but the goat cheesedip... amazing besides the fact that the bread was burnt. Read more

Love our dinner here. They were so pleasant and the service was great. We shared several dishes and they brought each already... split and plated separately. We had the goat cheese to start. The Caesar and venison steak. Everything was excellent. Thedrinks were great too! I had a whiskey sour. Read more

The food was amazing and the whole dining experience was very lovely. The dishes were served in a timely manner and the portions... were good. It gave my husband and I a chance to talk while nibbling till the mains came. Our entrees were plate licking good. The hotel recommended we try this place and I'm glad we did! Read more

Wife and I had our anniversary dinner here and the ambience of Bambara was nice and quiet. You can see the cooks in the kitchen,... which was smack in the middle of the restaurant and thought that was cool. Bone marrow starter was something I was anticipatingand it did not disappoint. My wife had their popular filet mignon which she said was the best she ever had. My salmon dish wasdelicious and presentation was top notch. Read more

For being a “hotel” restaurant it is quite good! Their dinner menu looks well thought out and I ordered the chicken. The... chicken was cooked perfectly and was quite delicious as well as the Mac n cheese. My only complaint is that my Mac doesn’tlook nearly as creamy as some others have captured in reviews. Their breakfast was surprisingly solid for being a pretty run ofthe mill breakfast. Delicious sourdough and jam. They could use having some proper herbal tea options. Service was great. Read more

I thought the food and drink were absolutely exquisite. Until I got the bill. I know it’s a nice place, but $400 for 3 people... is pretty steep. You can get the same quality food and a better atmosphere at Log Haven for less money. Not sure if I’d goagain. Read more

Great place! Very accommodating and knowledgeable about alternatives for gluten-free. Waiting staff was also awesome! Open table... said there were no reservation available but went anyway and our group of 3 got a table almost immediately. Second time, made areservation for 6 and was able to change to 8 before showing up. Would definitely go back and have the Elk! Read more

Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was intimate. Didn’t feel too busy. The octopus was some of the best I’ve had. The... beet salad could use a more flavorful cheese but was good. The elk and scallops were really good. Our cocktails were deliciousthroughout. Crème brûlée is my favorite. Such a wonderful evening. Read more
