It's ok. They were polite. They do not do pour-overs. Many of their drinks are pre-made and are in the 'specialty coffee'... realm, meaning drip coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc. I'm not sure if the shots are pulled by hand or its just amachine, but I do not recall seeing them grind or tamp my espresso although it's possible.. I ordered an iced Americano w/ 3shots espresso. It was pretty average, but served it's purpose. There was a used/discarded vape pen in one of the chairs,which was gross. I probably wouldn't be back as there's a lot of coffee shops around in the area, but no hard feelings as it'sjust not for me. Read more
Worst customer service I?ve ever received at beans and brew all thanks to their employee ?EZ? Refused to let me order what I... wanted. I wouldn?t of been happy with any breakfast sandwich minus the red meat and he continued to tell me ?his machine isprogrammed so he can?t make any changes? which is not the case because I visit beans and brew frequently. So, I was pleasantly surprised how big this place was inside! It seems as if a lot of coffee shops are pretty small, and don't... have room for anything... Luckily, this place had quite a few tables, and couches, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasrunning off of 2 hours of sleep from last night, I needed a quick coffee run l before I meet with friends tonight to hangout. They were kind of friendly, when walking in, but it didn't feel as if they wanted me to be there. "What do you want?" Isnot nearly as friendly as I was hoping for. Regardless, I went with a BB chai, which I always enjoy... Even if you can make itbetter at home. First time I've been to this location and it's a cute little spot. Staff is super friendly and it's on the way home.
