Worst service I have ever received at any drive thru restaurant. This staff needs to have a reality check and quickly learn... manners and respect for others while quickly taking on not being lazy. DO NOT ASK for separate transactions they?ll tell youthat we are wasting their time & slam the window in your face I didn?t even get my sprite? so they owe me now. My friend wantedhis own food on a separate order we were in the same car and were told it can?t be done it is not difficult to get paid for 2orders. They are super fast and have been for 10 years. I frequently choose this location even if I'm closer to another BK. They are... friendly, quick to make things right and their food is better than many of the BKs in the valley. Read more

Ordered a double whopper and got a single (Double whoppers used to be a menu option). Also ordered an original chicken sandwich... and it wasn?t in the bag. Got the fries and drink, just not the sandwich. Tempted to drive all the way back and correct them,but it?s not worth the gas. Read more
Seriously lacking in any customer service skills. How hard is it to say please or thank you? I wanted a Southwest bacon... cheeseburger and went specifically for that. I was told at the drive thru that they don't have it, so I had to make a quickdecision for something else. The kid at the window, instead of saying pardon or excuse me when he didn't hear me was like "what"? Then instead of "please pull forward" just says " go to the window". Come on, it's not hard. 8-17-2022 My experience today was fatal, I waited more than 5 minutes in the drive thru. The employee did not greet me or even... apologize for the wait. They did not have what I ordered and still have it on the menu. Totally cold food and drinks almostwithout ice. It doesn't matter that they don't have employees but the customer service must be excellent. I wouldn't have mindedwaiting as long as the food was excellent, but both things were terrible. Went through the drive thru about 7:30 pm the employee taking my ordered was sighing, breathing heavily obviously annoyed. After... everything I said he would respond is that it is that it?! Also I had requested items removed from my sandwich and he repliedare you sure really are you sure? Once I finally made it to the window which took FOREVER the young man at the window (who wasalso taking my order) kept rolling his eyes as if I am not right in front of him. Honestly I?m at a loss for words completelyappalled at the lack of customer service I received. It?s totally clear the employees do not want to be there for one moresecond and hate their jobs. And don?t even get me started on the food! If that?s they way your spoken to I could just imaginehow the food is handled. I don?t understand how this location is still up and running. Normally I rate pretty fairly for places and give second chances. Two delivery orders I've done to get burger king from this... location there was something so simple done wrong. One order was one hamburger out of 3 that were all supposed to be the sameand 1 was made wrong. Second order I ordered a chocolate oreo shake, pretty hard to mistake what that is as it says what it ison the menu, instead of my chocolate oreo shake I received some sort of green slushy drink that I even tried and it was awful.
