I had a receipt for the free whopper by doing the survey. They treated me badly and wouldn't let me use it because I also had a... coupon for additional food. They said one coupon per transaction. Easily the worst BK location I've ever been to. Everything was dirty. The soda machine was out of 75% of the options and ALL the... diet options except diet ginger ale. Yuck. The ketchup dispenser had old ketchup drying out on the counter below the spout. Thefloor was dirty. The tray my food was served on was sticky. The staff was curt and apathetic. For example I wasn't asked if Ineeded sauce for my nuggets and had to stop the girl as she was about to disappear in the back to come back and fetch me somefrom under the counter. This was NOT at a busy time. Not in the dining room or the drive thru. There were plenty of employeesthat could have rectified any of the messes. I know because they spent my entire dining experience shouting to each other aboutwhat time it was, who was going on break, and how long until quitting time. The dining room was far too hot and it wasn't evensunny out. The bar for major chain fastfood restaurants is already low and this BK couldn't even clear that. Not close. Read more

Today when I went to thru the drive through the lady was extremely rude she argued even with me the manager finally gets on the... headset doesn't apologize for her employee service. Finally agree they do have what I'm asking for. When I get to the windowthey were both rude. My drink has soda all over the outside of the cup then when the cashier gives my drink and I ask for anapkin to wipe off my cup she says really it's just a drink. I used to manage her before and would never have allowed myemployee to give service like this and definitely would never treated a guest the way I was treated. Read more
The so called woman at the drive thru was very rude for no reason.I was very polite and wasn?t taking forever to order. I... ordered 4 items and she obviously didn?t listen and only got 3 and only paid for the 3 items. My breakfast sandwich was cold noteven slightly warm. I was not impressed with the staff what so ever. Working fast food sucks but you need to try and make thebest of it. Read more
