I've worked at Cafe Rio for two months now and I've enjoyed my experience, free food on breaks is always a treat, and I find... myself ordering pick up on my days off. My family has loved the food for years, all the options bring in unique flavors yetdelicious thanks to their fresh ingredients. I use to go everyday at cafe Rio, because I really like the manu and it looks healthy for me. I?ve been at couple of the units,... and some of them looks the same. The attendants are always in a bad mood, and they don?t give attention for what we order. Thanthey prepare your food in the wrong way that we didn?t order and it has to be waste. Not even remotely the same quality of food that once existed here. I have been a loyal cafe Rio customer for almost 20 years,... and unfortunately the loyalty is over. I shouldn?t take it out on this location - the same decrease in quality can be said ofall Cafe Rio locations I?ve eaten at in recent years. Every person I know who is familiar with how amazing Cafe Rio once wasagrees with me. It is clear there has been a decrease in the quality of ingredients, and the timing appears to coincide with themajority stake acquisition by a new PE firm in 2017. I?m sure financial results are stronger than ever, but reviews have droppedacross the board for Cafe Rio. Costa Vida used to be second best, but I choose them over Cafe Rio every time now.
