We went to the Orem,UT Zupas and were immediately greeted by Elena. She was covering several stations because they were... obviously short staffed. I don?t usually write reviews but she was so great that I asked if I could give her a tip and sherespectfully told us she couldn?t receive them. She deserves a raise! Read more

INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING online ordering experience. Menu won't say what's actually in an item, so I have to guess a bit about... what I'm getting. Then when I showed up at the time they say the food will be ready, it's not even close to ready. So I get myfood ~an hour after I actually ordered. I get home only to find out that it's missing a bunch of small things (no crackers forsoup, no drink, etc.). The staff seemed to be working reasonably hard, so I don't think it's an effort thing; I think it's amanagement problem somewhere. (One staff asked half of us what name we were waiting on... I was in the unlucky half to be toofar away to get an update on my food... just incredibly frustrating.) Read more
