We went to the Orem,UT Zupas and were immediately greeted by Elena. She was covering several stations because they were... obviously short staffed. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING online ordering experience. Menu won't say what's actually in an item, so I have to guess a bit about... what I'm getting. Then when I showed up at the time they say the food will be ready, it's not even close to ready. So I get myfood ~an hour after I actually ordered. I get home only to find out that it's missing a bunch of small things (no crackers forsoup, no drink, etc.). The staff seemed to be working reasonably hard, so I don't think it's an effort thing; I think it's amanagement problem somewhere. (One staff asked half of us what name we were waiting on... I was in the unlucky half to be toofar away to get an update on my food... just incredibly frustrating.) Read more
