This is officially my new favorite Italian restaurant. The building is clean and well taken care of, and the service is... excellent. Our server was always on top of getting our water filled, and he was energetic! Our appetizer only took about 2minutes to get to our table, and the food only took about 10. Service is extremely fast, and the food is insanely good! Everybite has an rich flavor and all of it is excellent. Desserts was also insanely delicious. Amazing quality especially for theprice. We came here for dinner and the was decent. I expected a little better but it was okay and fairly priced. The loud gangsta rap... music coming from the kitchen killed the ambiance. Our table was wobbly but we just fixed it real quick. Service was kind ofpoor. Our server brought out only one of the three appetizers we ordered prior to our meal. The other two were brought with themeal. We were drinking hot tea and had to keep asking for more hot water and other drinks were not refilled without our asking.The mozzarella was not the best and tasted like some commercial brand plus they drowned it in the balsamic and the tomatoes weretoo soft, bland, and tasteless. A historic building with two floors of seating, exposed brick, and a live jazz trio, Caffé Molise provides excellent ambiance... for a cozy dining experience. The food was well prepared, the portions were considerable, and the staff were helpful andresponsive. Overall a solid A+ grade, would recommend. Really good Italian American cuisine. Flavors are balanced very well. The deserts really impressed! The chocolate cake is the... best I’ve had in God knows how long. It’s not dry! It’s baked to perfection. There’s something special in it that Ican’t place…maybe a touch of espresso? Whatever it is, it’s good. Very good. Read more

The ambience is lovely located in a historic brick building. We celebrated mom’s birthday here. She got a complimentary moist... dark chocolate cake. Not the best cake I’ve had but done really well. We ordered specials like short ribs. It was really goodand it falls of the bone. We also ordered salmon with risotto. It was really good. I ordered scallops and it was also supergood. Read more

Best pasta in Salt Lake City! Every dish I tried was out of this world. The pasta and artichoke sauce were creamy and flavorful... and was perfect with the grilled chicken. The gnocchi was so good.
