Beef was old, the buns were burnt. Fries were coke. Soda was flat, wasn?t carbonated like how it should be. Super friendly... staff, but everything just tasted old. Really unfortunate. Read more
I would give negative stars if I could. The so said manager was cooking while being on her phone. That goes against so many... regulations. We waited 40 minutes until we got our food. After telling her multiple times that her being on her phone isdisgusting and goes against regulations she didn't listen. Never coming here again because that is disgusting. Read more
Food was good. But don't go here if you are in a hurry. Only car in the drive thru and took 18 minutes for one guacamole bacon... burger and fries. It was hot and fresh but I don't expect 20 minutes for any drive thru. Read more
Shout out to Melissa! She had amazing customer service. Just a real person, making my friends and me laugh. I've had good... service at this location. As a whole Carl's Jr's beyond patty is mediocre and overpriced but I keep coming back. So you're doingsomething right lol. Read more
Ordered a Big Carl combo and a shake. First, the shake was ridiculous (see photo), so I said something and he told me now they... weigh all the shakes to a limit of 8 oz, so cheap and penny-pinching. Then, didn?t realize they forgot my sprite till I gothome. To top it off, fries and burger were cold, and I only live a few minutes away. Such a joke! Read more
