Im a Chick-fil-a regular and I've got to say this is the worst Chick-fil-a location. They skimp on eggs for the breakfast. The... egg whites I got were paper thin. When I told them this they got me another piece of quite literally paper thin egg white.Beyond thay my sandwich came with a biscuit as hard as a rock. I'm surprised at the quality at this location as Chick-fil-a isnever like this. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they told me "this is how the egg white is supposed to be.". Fast and great! Order came out wrong..and they were great at making it right!
Always great service and food. If I am in a hurry I often get the cup of ice cream with chocolate sauce.
It was Chick-fil-A, so of course I didn't get photos of the food before we woofed it down. Everything was done perfectly. The... kid who made my cone made it like the advertisements. He's an artiste. Everybody was hurrying to keep up with the lunch rush sotbh there wasn't a line at ordering, and really not much wait for the food. They had more staff than I've ever seen at a foodcourt restaurant, which was great for customers. And what a view from the tables. Read more

I waited 3 YEARS for this! I haven't had the opportunity to travel down south for the last 3 years (eff you covid), so I was... eager and ready for my fix of Chick-Fil-A. While the service is what I've come to expect from CFA, sadly the sandwich wasn't asgood as I remembered. How can something freshly made, eaten not even 3 minutes after.. fall apart? Was it the vision impairedemployee who built the sandwich? Or was it the chicken to the right, bread to the left and everything else just find space..game? So my 3 stars is based on the service and SACUCES.. still got that condiment game STRONG! The bread was soggy,accompanying vegetables wilted.. however the "chicken" was still excellent. I read on the CFA website that they had a drive thru. I was skeptical thinking how they would have a drive thru when it is a... food court location. So I ordered on the app for curbside thinking that was more likely to be accurate. I was pleasantlysurprised to find out they do in fact have a drive thru. The drive thru line is on Regent St. (the same street by The CheesecakeFactory). The whole process was fantastic and is definitely a game-changer. Which might also not be a good thing since I workdowntown and love CFA. Read more
