Was shocked by how poor the service was last night. You don?t order with an employee anymore, just put in your order on the... tablet (which still asks for a tip- though you don?t even talk to anyone?). Not one employee said a word to us or any othergroup when inside the store. When orders are ready, they call your name and set it on a counter. The worker didn?t even hand methe box and when I asked which were mine, she just nodded her head at the the two I was holding. The cookies tasted fine butwasn?t nearly worth the complete lack of customer service? or even just simple politeness. One word and that is... COOKIES!!! lol Great place to definitely enjoy some great and mouth watering cookies. The menu gets... switched a lot to different varieties of different cookies. I always enjoy seeing the simplicity of the shop as well as coolseeing the process of them prepping and baking them. All though it does get a bit pricey, they are still worth the buy and worththe hours of baking the employees put into the cookies!! Will definitely go back for more soon! Read more

I Love Crumbl Cookies but I don?t know if this specific store is understaffed or overworked or something because the quality of... the cookies weren?t great from this location. You can tell that something is off in the recipe/ baking part of the cookies. Wewere also disappointed that they didn?t have one of the flavors of the week available. Read more

I love these gourmet cookies more than any other cookie! They have a weekly rotation of super creative and spot-on replicas of... your favorite flavors. The carrot-cake is my all time favorite specialty, but they will all blow you away. The chocolate chipis a constant on the menu and I honestly always get one when I try a new specialty cookie because they are just too good. I used to dislike cookies until I discovered this chain. These soft, huge, amazing monstrosities of desserts completely changed... my mind. Crumbl is currently the fastest growing chain in the country. I?ve tried their cookies in other states and they aren?tquite as good. I?m not sure if that is due to lack of quality control across a huge brand or due to baking differences ataltitude. Thankfully, this location has stayed incredibly consistent. Friendly staff, quick service, tasty cookies, and a funhip environment. Take out only. Most weeks, there are two cookies that stay the same (sugar and chocolate chip) with fourrotators. First of all, I am not the biggest cookie fan. I would try some every now and then and I could say that it is really good and... yummy. I normally would order it for people who loves it the most. However, I really think Crumbl deserves the 5stars for thesereasons: ease in placing an order via their app, they bring the cookie out within a minute or two once "i'm here" button ispressed on app and most of all, the way their crew hand the cookie box to the customer. They would hand it to you as if they'reholding a very delicate item (with care) and with a big smile in their face - and this always brings a smile in my face too evenafter going through a day's stress.
