Now that it's combined with cupbop it's more fast food ramen, not meant to be enjoyed in house but To Go. Pretty decent taste,... but the quality isn't what I thought would be looking at past pictures and past reviews. Read more

I have a huge respect on Mr. Jung. turning this cupbop into a cultural sensation. So during my short v visit to SLC, I tried it.... I'm not a picky eater but I couldnt finish it... too much sauce and too sweet. Mix of coleslaw, japchae, over sweetened chicken, and rice with again more sauces... I tried only because I heard about cupbop on media and Mr Jung's speeches coast to coast. Ihave to be honest, but not for korean customers I guess. This is americanized korean bop (which is fine, just not many Koreansfrom Korea would love so much). I threw out 2/3 of my order and went elsewhere for dinner. .. also, ingredients are not thatgood either as I can see many Koreans already addressed in previous comments. Maybe try some good Korean restaurants in LA or NY(unless you are actually going to Korea). Read more

Pretty interesting twist on Korean BBQ - fast food. I really enjoyed my meal. I went with the chicken and beef combo with... Cupbob Special sauce. Digging the noodles. Interesting use of sauces and meats make it pretty unique. The staff was veryfriendly. I went here for dinner, but this is more of a lunch type meal. I had to go home and check out the Shark Tankepisode. Good deal, nice to see the American Dream in action. Pictures posted. Read more

Cool spin on Korean takeout. Good food, fast service in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Definitely will visit again if I'm... in the area. Read more

I had an unpleasant experience when it came to a worker adding money to their tip from my card that I did not leave. I contacted... corporate as I couldn?t reach anyone in the store after multiple calls. They handled it quickly and professionally. Still one ofmy favorite places to eat! Just make sure to always be careful with cards and people adjusting tips. This could?ve happenedanywhere. Read more

Full disclosure: I?m Korean. Don?t order from or visit here. [Combo Bop] I ordered chicken and pork with level 5 sauce. Too... sweet. Actually, I can say this is the worst cupbop that I had in my life. You can tell how poor and low the ingredients?quality is just with a bite. [Gyoza and Mandoo] are almost like the same. Actually 99 percent the same. Just fried frozen mandooor dumpling or gyoza whatever you call it that you can buy at the asian market and have after you fry them in the oil until theyget dried. Not recommend. Also, what a shame as a Korean that lots of people will experience Korean food with this low qualityKorean food restaurant. Read more

I was skeptical at first, but I was amazed with this Korean food chain. The food was amazing. I got the Hot Bop which is a pork... bowl with rice, salad, noodles, and the whole bowl is covered in a super savory, spicy sauce. It was insanely good. The porkwas super tender and well seasoned, the noodles were exactly like japchae which was incredible, and the salad was more like alight coleslaw with a ton of flavor and sweet crunch to help give variety in the spicy, fatty bowl. The mandoo (frieddumplings) were good but you only get 3 pieces! I could?ve easily eaten the whole bowlful of them. I also got an extra side ofnoodles because they were just that good! Overall this is an insane experience for a Korean chain restaurant. I will definitelyorder from here in the future! Read more
