This is my second time to visit this establishment and it is great. It is ultra clean on the outside and the inside and the... restrooms. You can pay with debit or credit or cash. If you need a catering service they have it. The dining room is large andvery comfortable and has a western theme. It is cafeteria style. You stand in line place your order get to the cash register thehand it to you and you pay. Next you go to the service counter and get your selection of barbecue sauces and drinks andafterwards return for ice cream. I highly recommend this Barbecue Pit. I used to love Dickey?s? but I guess we have another casualty of the pandemic, inflation and supply chain. The portions were... tiny. For $35.00 I would expect a more. The yellow cup? What is that all about? Getting a soft drink is a fortune. The icecream machine was broken, but had a sign on it that said, ?I probably am working?? with details on how to operate it. Really good pulled pork and kilbasa sandwich and the fries were great and seasoned with a unique flavor. I bought mom the ribs... with Mac and cheese and baked potato casserole. She loved it ???????????? Read more
I ordered the single meat plate turkey, beans, fries, biscuit. Not a single thing on my plate was made fresh in-house. Canned... beans, Jennie-o turkey, frozen fries and Sam?s Club biscuit. Everything was awful only ate a few bites and my tongue is stilltingling from the disgusting heated bbq sauce. If the store owner reads this you need to clean your restaurant / bathrooms. Cutyour menu in half and focus on 4-5 menu items that you can cook in-house along with some fresh cut fries. Just the Worst bbq insalt lake, never again! Read more
I understand that everybody including businesses are being affected with the higher cost of living (housing, food, gas, etc).... But the portions are so small (as compared to last time we ordered a few months ago). And did not get the order right either(got 2 cole slaws instead of 1 cole slaw & 1 Caesar salad and ordered & paid extra for a corn bread but got a dinner rollinstead). Wished they let me know when I picked up order instead of going all the way home then finding out. Not pleased at all???? Read more
3 meat plate, surprise total over $17 Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, ?Potato casserole? , cabbage slaw, No joke over $17 and... this is what I opened?. Do you see that tiny rib?? The bathrooms looked like they haven?t been cleaned in a really really long time and there was no hand soap, and I guess the... card machine was having trouble so we had to pay cash. The sliders were really small though, a bit overpriced at $3.25 imo. Thefood was otherwise fine and the staff was very nice. Read more
