My order wasn't ready when I got there (but the website said it was) nor my pizza was not delivered curbside within the 2... minutes. They stopped the timer after 30ish seconds after I started the "I'm here". After a while past the "2 min" I went insidethe store with my child. I ordered curbside because I would have my child with me. It's hard to carry pizzas and a child at thesame time. They said my order wasn't completely done even though the website said it was done before I left my house. Iunderstand orders at dinner time takes a long time to complete, but don't tell me it's ready when it's not. Don't stop thecurbside timer when you aren't headed out. Read more
All the reviews are accurate. I've ordered, not received my order for 4 hours, then it's marked as cancelled. It's happened more... than once, now online ordering isn't available, I was never refunded for one of my orders and the store never answers. Wonderingwhen Dominos is going to notice this location needs a whole lot of attention and happier with Papa Murphys if I have to carryout anyway... Read more
Very slow service, put in an order for delivery, waited for 1.5 hours till I finally called, waited on the phone for another ten... minutes with no answer, drove to the shop and came in to get the pizza myself, still hadn't even been started yet. I know thereis a shorted of people in the workforce and there was only 3 of them in store on a Saturday night, but still like an hour and ahalf and no pizza. Pretty sad experience. Update: pizza was undercooked in the middle, ingredients were low quality, all aroundterrible experience here. In short, if you want your food to be eaten within 3 hours, or delivered, or even edible, ordersomewhere else. Read more
They never seem to have enough drivers for delivery. Ordered online from here a dozen times and 10/12 times we either had to... wait 2 hours for the pizza to arrive or we just drove there to pick it up. Half the time they won't even answer the phone. Justnow tried to order a pizza at noon and they suspended delivery. Short staffed but even half the staff they do have don't care.Some of them are great and since they can't control how many drivers they have I don't blame them but the other half could atleast pick up the phone... I am impatient, and waiting to get through on the phone with them is insane. (If I ever get through), after a half hour or so... I'll try a different one. I don't like ordering online and have heard rumors of them taking forever to deliver (if they ever do)so I will pick it up. I don't know if they need more people working or what, they seem busy when we pick it up- so I assumethat's the case. Their food is decent, but I feel it's on the expensive side for all the effort to go into getting in. I rarelygo here anymore. Read more
I placed an order from here months and months ago. At that time the service was ridiculous, they made every pizza I ordered... incorrectly and it took them a while to prepare the order. After some extremely poor customer service and being told flat out itwas my fault by an extremely untrained teenager, I spoke with the manager. The manager was superb on resolving the issues. Hegot a new order made for me quickly, and also credited my account to compensate for that order and many others for the future. Ihave made a few different orders since the initial complaint. I called and placed an order last night. They did such aphenomenal job. They were quick, responsive and my order was made just right! The staff had all changed and they had a muchfriendlier environment. Right when I walked in the team in the back who was making the pizzas yelled welcome in such a great waysince the cashier was busy with another customer. My pizza came out the oven and straight into my hands! Most definitelyredeemed themselves from months ago. If it weren't for the initial manager taking full responsibility of his staff and theerrors I would never have come back. But the manager was the hero here! The team last night also did great! Paid for my order on line took almost two hours for my order to get here. When the driver showed up he wanted another 22... dollars. My receipt on line shows my order was 25 I paid another 5 for a tip. Trying to call for a refund been on hold 25minutes. I guess I'm not getting a refund 45 minutes on hold. Quick to take my money no pizza and no refund. Read more
