This place is trash. Every time I travel to Utah for business it seems that customer service is getting worse and worse. The... girl I talked to on the phone when she called to cancel my order because she didn’t have a delivery driver (imagine a pizzadelivery place not having delivery drivers…. Hmmm weird) until 1 or 2, then proceeded to yell at me and then hung up on me.Instead of trying to problem solve. Would not recommend going to this place at all. If I could give them no stars I would. Read more

I had the worst experience here a couple months ago but today I went to the store and I was able to speak with the new GM who... was sincere and empathetic to what had happened and guess what...she did what no one else so far has been able to do. She fixedit. It was made right and now I will always only order from her store. She is a credit to domino's and if they are smart theywill throw money at her to make sure they don't lose a quality employee like she is. Thank you I forgot to ask your name but yourock and have restored my faith in domino's! Read more

Terrible experience. Order took 45 minutes to fulfill. Lady making the pizzas pulled out her phone to send a text and then... immediately made another pizza without washing her hands. Makes you wonder how dirty her hands are! None of the employees woregloves. The little appetite I had left was extinguished when I got home and opened the boxes only to find out both boxes werenot the pizzas I ordered. I will not go back to this location. Read more

Every time I have ordered here(mostly 1-2 years ago) they have had my order to my door within 30 minutes. Hot, fresh and loaded... with toppings. Now I can only do carryout here. I have yet to have any issues. Even last night where my delivery location onsouth temple was not accepting online orders, this one was my choice for carryout. With only one employee in the store itself,my pizza was made very well and ready within 30 minutes. I wish this location could compete better for local jobs so that theyaren't understaffed, but they still did better than the 2100s redwood location on a reasonable ready time with even lessemployees. If you are in salt lake and want carryout, I recommend this location first. A close second is the SouthTemple(though while their staff is excellent the food quality isn't the best) and the third is on 700s. Never go to the two onredwood road around 2100s. Read more

This domino’s is definitely the slowest and most unreliable location. It takes eons to receive your pizza and they never... answer the phone. The workers have always been nice though. Read more

Worst experience I've ever had. Let me preface this by saying I prefer to leave good reviews. Placed an order for delivery at... 7:45 PM on a MONDAY night. Delivery time said 45-55 which I consider reasonable. By 9:00 I was on hold with the location tryingto get an update on my order. No one even bothered to answer the phone I was just left on hold being told repeatedly by therecording that "a team member would be right with me" I decided to drive to the location thinking that because my deliverywindow kept being pushed back that maybe they were short drivers. I walked in the door, still on hold for almost a half an hourat this point. No one even bothered to see if I needed to be helped. Not once. I stood there for another 10 minutes watchingthem not answer any phone calls. In that time another person coming to pick up her take out order came in. She ordered at 7:58and had a notification her order was ready. No one bothered to help her either. Then a guy came in and the worker behind thecounter came up to help him immediately speaking to him in Spanish. I assumed maybe he was door dash or something so I asked andhe said no. But the guy behind the counter started getting his pizza. The girl who had come in after me started to try and gethis attention at this point and he then proceeded to give her the pizza she ordered. So at this point I'm pretty steamed and Iask what is going on with my pizza, for delivery that I ordered before her order and why no one bothered to answer the phonewhen I'd been "on hold" for 36 minutes at this point. Starts going on about how they can't stop to take calls because it slowsdown them making pizza. So I ask if my pizzas are ready and I'll just take them myself, to which he responds, THEY HADN'T EVENSTARTED MAKING IT!!!! I then told them to cancel the order. Seriously the worst food experience I've ever had. I completelyunderstand being short staffed but be courteous and let your customers know what's going on and maybe actual Read more

Ordered some pizzas online and waited over an hour in “prep”. I decided to drive down there to see if my tracker was broken... or something was wrong, come to find out there was only 1 worker making all the pizzas. I felt so bad for her and I could tellthat she was having an awful night. 1 star for the restaurant management for not having more support for their staff, but I givethat worker 5 stars for not giving up! I visited 6/12/21 between 9-10 pm. Only 2 swamped workers were on duty on a busy Saturday night. Despite being understaffed and... faced with impatient customers they both maintained professional decorum. My pizza was made exactly how i ordered it. I'd ratherhave accuracy over speed. The taste was good as always. Read more
