This store is a mess. They always have the online ordering turned off and don?t offer delivery. It?s been like this for weeks... now. The whole point of dominos, people ordering it, is so they can have it delivered. I?ve completely given up on dominosbecause every time I open the app it?s the same bull about the store not having delivery in the area, or online ordering. Ideleted the app and will probably give up because there are a million pizza places and if DOMINOS, can?t deliver pizza thensomeone else will, the pizza is would probably be better from somewhere else anyway. We ordered our pizza at 6:08 for delivery. It's now 7:58 and it hasn't left for delivery yet. I'd go pick it up myself, but my... baby is very sick right now which is why I chose delivery. I've been on hold on the phone for 10 minutes. I try not to get toworked up with staff shortages that seem to hit every business, but this was a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend onlineordering with Dominos. Around 8:30 they cancelled our order. Gave us a number to call online, but nobody picks up. Read more
Normally this Dominos has been great! Always have had great courteous workers. This last experience we waited about an hour out... in the car for our carry out, which knowing the staffing issues, I?ve been very patient. After sitting for a while, I wasnotified our order was cancelled. I?m okay to wait, but not to wait and have it cancel. I went into the store just to beimmediately greeted with ?yea, we?re cancelling orders and I?m in the process of quitting and our manager won?t pick up theirphone.? That?s where I had a bad experience and am a bit worried about going back to Domino?s again. Seems like it?s goingdownhill. Read more
Good pizza but never cooked correctly always little raw... good serve little over priced
I orderd a pizza and the twist. And This was the best pizza we have got in along time better the all the other pizza places... around my area we are beyond happy with this dominos. The girl who took our order and made our pizza is the best (amilia) shegoes above and beyond so does her driver (Arilie) they made sure I was 100% happy. I recommend this dominos ???? Read more
I was having issues placing an online order tonight so I called the local Dominos. The associate that took my call was amazing!!... He honored the discount even though it was for online orders only. I would have given a five, but the wings we ordered weren'tgreat at all. The were extremely small and had very little meat on them. It was just nice to have someone kind help you with allof the hate going around. Read more
95 minute delivery time when app said it would take 50-60. Suppose I deserve the awful pizza I received for being so lazy but... cmon, y'all can do better. I live 9 minutes away. Also the pizza was burnt and lazily made. Impressive bubbles on the oneslice but I prefer one without crust completely overtaking what it's supposed to be delivering. Unless you have 2 hours to wait for your pizza I?d suggest pick up? this location and maybe others are extremely under staffed.... Dominos as a company needs to raise the pay of their employees and bring on new hires before they go out of business at manylocations. Less staff means two hours for delivery and less people wanting to order from them. I personally have stoppedordering from them completely, the last thing I want to do when I?m hungry is wait 2 hours for a pizza. Especially when I haveto work in two and a half hours and I?ll have to eat in 5 minutes to get to work on time. Pizza should take no more than 45minutes to deliver. It?s taking 1 and a half to two hours on average recently. Read more
