Unfortunately, the quality of this location has slowly deteriorated over time. I don?t blame their delivery drivers for the time... it takes to deliver pizzas; being one location in the middle of the city means lots of orders and each driver I?ve had has beennice and has apologized profusely for the wait. But there?s something off with the store and it?s management. The pizzas arriveincorrect and cold, and it seems as though they just don?t care anymore. Not to mention that this store?s system seems to belocking out any possible recourse or review in the app. Sadly, it seems that I?ll be avoiding this Domino?s location from nowon. Read more
Edit 08.20.22: I received an email that said the curbside delivery took longer than 2 minutes. But I can say, close to... certainty, that it was within 2 minutes of me hitting the ?I?m here? button. There?s a glitch. Don?t get me wrong, I need thefree pizza coupon. I have zero money. But I?m just being honest. At any rate, they brought the pizza out to me with a smile in avery timely manner. Which I really appreciated. And I was all around impressed with the service here. Once again. Thank youDomino?s Pizza! This Domino?s is staffed with cool people. I like how I always see the delivery drivers returning & leaving.They work hard & it?s quality you can taste. I tried this location a few months ago after many years since I had Domino?s. I wasnot disappointed. Good food, good customer service, and honest, hard workers. I even got a compliment on my haircut after I cutmy hair a few hours earlier. It?s probably the best Domino?s in Salt Lake (with the Foothill location coming in a very closesecond). If you haven?t tried Domino?s lately, try this location or the Foothill location. One, drivers should not ask for tips, if they do good it should be up to the customer! Second, the bread bites I just finished..... WAS STILL UNDER COOKED! That bread bite was sticking to my mouth and I nearly choked! I put two 2liters on the order too,something messed up because we only got one and the other wasn't even showing on the receipt that driver had. I KNOW I put twoon there. Read more
Awful customer service. I never leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Order a vegetarian pizza and got a pepperoni pizza... delivered and the manager told me she can?t send me the correct pizza since she had ?pepperoni? in her system. I explained halfthe people eating it were vegetarian and couldn?t eat the meat so what are we supposed to do. With further conversation sheproceeded to laugh and say ?you can call corporate?. Good drivers, always fast, however the pizza is often "undercut", so make sure you have a pizza cutter. Otherwise, it's a... Dominos. Reliable food for the workers and stoners of our time. Truly heroes without capes. Read more
I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but as you can see from the picture, there are several slices that don't have cheese on... them, and it's definitely not extra cheese. The employees here don't care about making a good pizza and I have been severelydisappointed with the quality of pizza coming from Domino's lately and it might be time to find another pizza place. whenever i go in, the lady in there at night is quite nice but i gotta say i'm disappointed by this delivery
